Fundación Nordelta presents the Educational Scholarship Program at the Solidarity Night for More Education

At the Night of Solidarity for More Education, the Fundación Nordelta Educational Scholarship Program was presented, which supports young people in vulnerable situations by giving them the opportunity to continue their studies. During the event, artworks by Milo Lockett were auctioned with the goal of ensuring that 70 high school students can complete their education. During the dinner, the concept of UBUNTU was highlighted, reminding us that “true humanity is built together.” This idea of community was reflected in an African story where an anthropologist organized a race for children, in which the winner would receive a tray of apples. The children ran hand in hand, sharing the apples when they arrived. When asked why no one wanted to win, a child responded: “How can I celebrate if my friends don’t celebrate?” UBUNTU teaches us that success is shared, and that we only move forward together.
